BEING VS DOING – DO YOU HAVE IT BACKWARDS TOO?

Most people, like myself, start out with the understanding that how life works is like this: Have-Do-Be. That is, when I have the right stuff, I can do the right things, and then I will get to be what I want to be. We are first of all human beings not human doings and all creation starts for this place of being so why start in reverse? The trick is not to get to be happy, secure and content but to start out being happy, being secure, being content and go from there. How are you doing? This is what Steven Covey’s 8^th habit is all about, taking time to listen to our inner voice and Mattie Stepanek’s Heartsong bk were about, taking the time to be still and listen to our inner being. What is our Heart-Song all about? Finding it will bring us happiness, success, contentment and our life’s work, our true contribution to ourselves and humanity. Are you there or are you ready to begin from this basic premise? Your happiness depends on it and possibly humanities survival!

Because of this thing called the Internet we are at the beginning of a quiet evolution of which Victor Hugo is said to have written, Stronger than all the armies of the world is an idea whose time has come. The shift network, WE.net and the symposium For A Better World are telling examples that the evolution is alive and well and on the move toward creating a culture of peace. Humanity is destine, because we are a very young species, for a move toward greater awareness, understanding and higher consciousness toward our true selves, divine beings made for unconditional love and Oneness. We invite you to get on board and join this inevitable outcome. How long will it take depends on the strength of the unconsciousness opposition, those who live in war, hate, prejudice and a self centered narrowness and denial. It will also depend on the strength, kindness, graciousness and global pervasive,persuasive conversations of those committed to the only truth that does not depend on religion or political persuasion but on our true essence, spiritual beings destine to live in love forever!
