Your actions are noble like gold. Your chiming of the same melody on different handbells is a touching sight, like a toddlers round dance in a kindergarten. One of Dostoyevsky's heroes said: "Beauty will save the World." He was smart, that hero, but he lived a romantic "celestial" life, very far from the sinful Earth. He honestly believed in fairy tales his elevated romantic mind was creating. During 141 years since the Novel was written (1868), the world had suffered the bloody Paris Commune; the bloody WWI; the bloody Civil War in Russia; the bloody WWII; the bloody Korean War; the bloody Vietnam War; bloody Civil wars and Soviet and Russian Interventions in Africa and many other bloody events I didn't enumerate here...Almost all of them were incited, instigated, provoked, and conducted by a very special type of human creatures who always squalled how strongly they love peace. That type of people is known (to me, at least) as Commies. On the other hand (and on the other side of the Globe), another group of "peace-loving" creatures, who even got a very specific name "peaceniks," fiercely supported bloody Commies and have begotten a lot of State traitors. And I don't know: maybe, living in an imaginary, virtual world of sand castles is the best way to escape Reality? Your beliefs are beautiful like sweet dreams.

My vision is that President Obama and Prime Minister Taro Aso would jointly ring the bell in the spirit of reconciliation and commitment to World Peace. This could signal a start of healing, forgiveness and the recognition that we are all one and that what we do for each other we do for ourselves. I would love feedback on this vision and any assistance in making it a reality.
